ACJ's 20:20 Visions Conference 7 - 9 July, Sheffield2020 Visions

Delegate fees £180 / £100 for an amazing 3 day programme including food

Our conference team, led by Laura Bradshaw-Heap (of Suspended in Pink fame) and Rachel Darbourne (JUNK: Rubbish to Gold), have been working hard to construct a great and varied programme. This will include talks by makers, educators & exhibition curators, performances (expect surprises), demonstrations and tech talks amid networking breaks with plentiful cake.


Delegate fees : £180 for members, £220 for non members, and £100 for students and new graduates, includes meals & refreshments.

This includes the programme from Friday 7th July 3.00 to 9.30 pm, including dinner and evening event, Saturday 8th 9.30 am to 9.30pm with lunch, dinner & evening event, and Sunday 9th from 9.30am to 3.00pm including lunch. Plentiful tea, coffee, juice, water & cake are also included.

Not included : accommodation, breakfasts (although pastries & coffee will be provided)

Venue: Sheffield Hallam University Conferences, Cantor Building, Arundel Street Sheffield S1 2NT

Accommodation: most out-of-town members will need 2 nights, 7th & 8th July. Currently inexpensive deals may be booked at the Premier Inn St Mary's Gate. We have arranged a number of rooms at the very nearby Jury's Hotel at £65 per night, booking code will be published soon; this is probably the best hotel for people with any mobility problem.  A short bus-ride away from the main venue are some student rooms currently priced at £44 a night. Other hotels are available, also lodgings with ACJ-Sheffield members.

The small print: students means fulltime students on an accredited course (recognised by ACJ), new graduates means graduation date of June 2016 or later. For the member rate, you must be a paid-up member at the time of booking.
