Shipping: catalogues will be posted out within 7 days of your order and payment being received. We are not an automated warehouse, and the administrator works part-time, therefore orders are shipped as soon as practical, rather than immediately. Your patience is appreciated.

Returns: if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the catalogue for a refund of the purchase price. The refund will be via the same method of payment as you use for your purchase, postage will not be refunded.
